More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.

Also featured in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying various areas of the property.

Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.

More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
